My name is Charles-Louis, I demonstrate around 10 years of experience in material and process specialized in plastics, foams and rubbers for Sports. SUSTAIN Solutions was created to help brands, organizations and industrials to turn sustainable and innovatives ideas into practical engineering solutions. Throughout my career, I have developped a strong expertise and qualititave network across materials and processes.

At the core of my work are people, trust, and long-term relationships. After six years living and working in Asia, particularly in China, I developed a strong appreciation for multicultural collaboration and adaptability. This experience reinforced my belief that diversity and strong human connectionss drive innovation.
